- Where do you park the pod?
- Most clients have us park in their driveway or building's parking lot. Apartment buildings: we can use a guest spot or street parking with permission. Just leave us 8 ft of clearance and a path to your door.
- Is the pod really climate-controlled?
- Yes — independent 12V HVAC keeps the interior at 68–78°F regardless of weather. We confirm your preferred temperature when we arrive.
- Who comes to my home?
- A single licensed NJ massage therapist (LMT) plus the pod. For couples sessions, two therapists. All staff are background-checked and uniformed.
- What's your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot. Within 24 hours we retain the 50% deposit. Same-day reschedules are free if availability permits.
- Do you serve all of New Jersey?
- We cover Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Morris, Union and Passaic counties. Travel outside that zone is +$25 per 10 miles — we'll show the exact figure at checkout.
- How is this different from a portable table service?
- Portable services need a clean room, a table-sized footprint, and dim lighting in your home. We bring the room with us — acoustic-paneled, scented, lit, and temperature-controlled. Your living room stays your living room.
